Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as for size or model issues when applicable. Because Venloo ships directly from international suppliers, exchange processing may take 10–30 business days, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when the exchange is based on personal preference rather than product issues.
