Venloo accepts returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery, requiring photos or videos for verification before issuing a full refund or replacement. Orders that exceed the maximum delivery timeframe may be refunded after carrier confirmation. Change-of-mind returns are allowed within 7 days if items are unused and in original condition, although return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within standard financial institution timeframes.
